What it's about
The title lays out the premise directly: 捡到锦鲤崽崽 (finding a lucky koi cub) — 锦鲤 (koi) is Chinese internet slang for a person who brings good fortune, and 崽崽 is an affectionate term for a child — sets up the turning point, while 全家在冰封末日吃香喝辣 (the whole family lives large through the frozen apocalypse) describes a disaster/apocalypse setting in which the family's fortunes improve rather than collapse. Beyond that framing, the title itself doesn't specify further plot details.
